Yes. Hospital and assisted living appointments are available. The signer must be alert, aware, and willing to sign.

Yes, when the signer is present, has acceptable ID, and understands they are signing.
Do I need witnesses?
Some documents require witnesses. Please confirm before the appointment. Witnesses generally need to be disinterested parties.
How long does an appointment take?
